Nice pub. Compared to other Hard Rocks Cafes, it's really just a pub, but the service is super friendly.

First of all: this hard rock café has nothing to do with the world-famous Hard Rock Café chain (the one with the t-shirts). It is a large bar in the old town car park building. Those who like hard rock / metal are in good hands here. But also just such a cool place to have a beer with friends, especially outside in summer. It can get quite crowded on weekends, but the staff is quick and accommodating. Negative point: the sanitary facilities are completely unacceptable.

I didn't know if it was my taste at first,but good customer service and reasonably priced drink specials. Very clean and well kept establishment. I really enjoyed myself.

Super store. Service and drinks are great. Table football and dartboard available. Music is just a matter of taste (I usually find it good). Toilets are pretty "rocked". If you can still pay contactless with the cell phone / card there is the 5 star.

The hard rock cafe in Kaiserslautern is one of the pubs to be highlighted. It is always pretty well attended, but there is a reason for that: A good selection of drinks, nice and fast catering, a great flair and a good selection of music. On some match days there is also football, and you can see one of the many screens from almost every seat. Otherwise, as the name suggests, heavier music plays and the associated music videos flicker on the screens. There is a smoking and a non-smoking area as well as outdoor seating. The only flaw that you can overlook because the rest is just right is the volume of the music. It makes it difficult at times to overhear conversations that are being held at the other end of the table. Nevertheless, this pub is not so well attended for nothing and is always worth a visit.

One of the best bars in Kaiserslautern if you like rock music. There is a large smoking area and an equally large non-smoking area. Both areas each have a bar and some seating and bar tables. There are also foosball tables and several screens / flat screens on which music videos are played. If you are here for the first time, it is best to order the lantern and don't forget to exchange the glass (a measure) for a deposit! That's 4 €! The waitresses are friendly and reliable.

Great music, friendly and attentive service, very full. No problems with the orders were brought promptly, despite the fact that all seats were occupied. Unfortunately, you don't get that everywhere, high praise! I can only say that the evening there was great and I would love to come back!

The staff is friendly. The waiting time was always very short for me (never more than 2 minutes for a meter of beer) Good music (If a bit loud but to say it was fair to say so).

By far the best Altbier in Kaiserslautern! The music is just awesome and the location is also very nice, especially the subdivision in smoking area and non-smoking area is a recommendable idea. The operations are always friendly and fast, no matter what time. Just a nice bar for a successful evening with friends!

Just a typical bar, but its really big so you can find place except on weekends :D

Horrible customer service. Went in after the kitchen closed and were told we could bring food from another place in. Came back with a pizza and a veggie doner box, was told we had to eat the doner box outside because “the smell offends people.” Comical, in a place filled with cigarette smoke. When I asked why the rule was in place, i was told I was insulting the manager and he threatened to call the cops

Not a true Hard Rock Cafe in my opinion. Chaotic! I don't know how people can get decent service. No gift shop. Very disappointed!

Awesome bar that plays great music. They are open late and have a stage for love music. Theres also a fooseball table thay only costs .50 to play a game. It distributes 9 balls.

Not your American Hard Rock Cafe... it's a #GermanReplica hence the dash between Hard and Rock. Great price for drinks, not crowded, you can smoke indoors there's at least one guitar on the wall and they rock music with videos~ I didn't see a food menu but there is a drink menu~
